Why come to see a Physiotherapist?

What will Physiotherapy entail?

This consists of the subjective aspect (lots of questions being asked) to build a clearer picture, followed by the objective aspect. The latter could be referred to as the ‘physical’ assessment. This then allows a diagnosis to be made.

Following the assessment, an honest and understandable, evidence-based clinical diagnosis will be given. Depending on the problem, treatments may include any of the following:
    * Mobilisations
    * Manipulations
    * Specific exercises to improve function
    * Core stability training (Pilates based)
